Wilde Pearl, also known as White Crookneck, is a distinctive member of the Turban Group of garlics. It has white skin, occasionally seen with a single red stripe! The plant has good vigour and it has the most magnificent flavour - particularly raw. This cultivar can produce huge bulbs.
