Garlic Groups
What are Garlic Groups?
There are different kinds of garlic. They look different to each other, they taste different, and they like to grow in different climates. Garlic isn't just garlic!
The Garlic Groups help us to identify garlic varieties that have similar flavour, appearance and growing requirements to each other. A bit like family resemblance. We can then more easily decide which kind might best suit our taste or region.
