Wilde Pearl, also known as White Crookneck, is a distinctive member of the Turban Group of garlics. It has white skin, occasionally seen with a red stripe! It has the most magnificent flavour - particularly raw - and it possesses only moderate heat. This cultivar can produce huge bulbs.
Can be stored for up to 6 months.
